The service tech showed up when they said he would, very professional and personable; introduced himself , asked a few questions and went up in the attic. Discovered the issue very quickly and was able to fix the problem without replacing a part. If that isn't honest, I don't know what is. If you haven't tried these guys you should. We have heat again and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg or even just an arm. Great job Stevenson's

Where does one start? The good olde boy feel? Almost like family from the initial call until job completion. I have used this company for a couple of AC projects now. Every time, I am treated with A1 service. Pricing is great. Service is great. Workmanship is outstanding. I can't say enough. No matter what isn't working or my ac isn't cooling, this is my go to company! Don't think twice, call them in need and thank me later!

I had StevenSons put in a new Carrier system in my house several years back along with a service contract. They come out twice a year and make sure everything is maintained properly. I had some 'Fault errors' last year that were checked out and the codes reset, only to code out again. Steve came out and opened up my attic unit to find a bearing was going out in my blower motor. Very concerned about how much this would cost me, Steve said "Hold off on paying for the service call until I get back to the office to check with Carrier about warranty on this serial number". He called me back within the hour and told me that it was covered and he would pick up the replacement and be back in an hour to install. Talk about integrity and customer service!!! I recommend StevenSons to everyone I know for HVAC work!!!

The crew was very professional. They were here on time, did everything they said they were going to do, cleaned up. Showed us how to use the new WiFi thermostat and was very patient with all our questions. Will use again for sure.
