Compressor Maintenance

What do we do for your Spring PM?

  • We change all of your filters

  • Check outside air intake filters and damper motors

  • Check Evaporator coil for leaks

  • Check condenser for oily spots or leaks

  • Clean condenser coils with water

  • Make sure the condensate pan is solid and up to code

  • lubricate condenser fan motors(When necessary)

  • Lubricate blower wheel bearings(When necessary)

  • Check to see if the blower wheel needs to be cleaned to improve efficiency.

  • Check Sheaves pulleys and belts, belts are changed annually in the spring.

  • check the refrigerant charge on all stages and report findings

  • Check AMP draw on all condenser fan motors and record readings

  • Amp draws on all compressors and record readings

  • Check amp draw for blower motors and report readings

  • Check smoke detector filters and clean if necessary

  • Check economizers for proper operation

  • Check Thermostats and sensors for proper operation

  • Inspect all access panels to make sure they're fit and secured

  • Report any findings to the homeowner that may require extra attention.

What do we do for your Fall PM?

  • We change all of your filters

  • Check outside air intake filters and damper motors

  • Check burners for lint dust, scales, and holes

  • Check inducer draft motor for proper operation

  • Check manifold gas pressure and record readings

  • Check igniter operations to ensure heat will kick on

  • Check safety lockouts and ignition controls for proper operation

  • Lubricate blower wheel bearings(When necessary)

  • Check wiring for any loose or damaged wires that could interfere with the normal operation of the unit.

  • Check to see if the blower wheel needs to be cleaned to improve efficiency.

  • Amp draws on all Heating elements to ensure proper operation

  • Check amp draw for blower motors and report readings

  • Check smoke detector filters and clean if necessary

  • Check economizers for proper operation

  • Check Thermostats and sensors for proper operation

  • Inspect all access panels to make sure they're fit and secured

  • Report any findings to the homeowner that may require extra attention.
